Learned a lot

I really learned a lot during this course. Before starting, I thought that I knew enough about communication in general. However, this course helped me sharpen my soft skills, and now I'm viewing and listening to my colleagues with a different perspective. The workbook was a great addition to the online lessons. The online portion was engaging, easy to understand and use, and, above all, interesting. All other parts of the course(workbook, coaching, community...) contributed to the feeling that someone really put professional effort into this, and this wide approach gives you a sense of 'deeper' learning. I believe the things I have learned in this course will stay with me, unlike other online courses where I tend to forget the material after a month or so.
